Terms of Service

"Platform" refers to KedyVet, including all features, APIs, mobile applications, and associated services operated by Kontiv Solutions.

"Client" refers to any business or individual subscribing to KedyVet for their operations, including vet clinics, grooming studios, and pet boarding facilities.

"Pet Owner" refers to any individual who registers a KedyVet account to manage their pet's digital health passport.

"End User" refers collectively to Clients and Pet Owners.

"Pet Passport" refers to the KedyVet digital pet health record, accessible via QR code, which stores pet information and health history entered by Pet Owners and registered Clients.

"Subscription" refers to the monthly access plan agreed between Kontiv Solutions and the Client.

KedyVet is a private digital record-keeping and business management platform. Users must understand the following:

• The KedyVet Pet Passport is not an official government document and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or recognised by any government, municipal, or regulatory authority in any jurisdiction.
• KedyVet is not an official animal registry, municipal pet licensing system, or statutory rabies tracking database.
• Vaccination and health records stored on KedyVet do not constitute official veterinary certificates or government-issued animal registration documentation.
• KedyVet does not provide veterinary medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All health records are for personal reference and operational use only. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions.
• Pet Owners remain solely responsible for compliance with all applicable animal regulations, licensing requirements, vaccination laws, and veterinary regulations in their jurisdiction.

You agree to use KedyVet only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform;
• Use the Platform to transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content;
• Share login credentials with unauthorised third parties;
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the Platform;
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Platform without prior written consent;
• Present any KedyVet record or Pet Passport as an official government document or veterinary certificate.

All changes to pet health records on the Platform are logged with a timestamped audit trail identifying whether records were entered by the Pet Owner or a registered KedyVet service provider. Provider-entered records are marked accordingly on the platform.

Kontiv Solutions does not independently verify the accuracy of health records entered by Pet Owners or Clients. Each party is responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter.

KedyVet is a technology platform that facilitates record storage and communication between pet owners and service providers. KedyVet does not provide veterinary advice, does not supervise or control the actions of registered service providers, and is not responsible for the professional conduct, negligence, errors, or omissions of any veterinarian, groomer, boarding facility, or other service provider using the platform. Any dispute regarding the quality or safety of services provided by a registered KedyVet service provider must be raised directly with that provider.

KedyVet is offered on a monthly subscription basis for Clients. The following terms apply:

• Subscriptions commence on the date of agreement signing and renew monthly.
• The Client may cancel at any time with written notice before the next billing cycle.
• The current month's subscription fee is non-refundable upon cancellation.
• There is no minimum commitment period or lock-in.
• We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days advance written notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

Pet Owner accounts (KedyVet Passport) are provided free of charge. Pet Owners may optionally purchase Kedy Premium, an add-on subscription described below.

Kedy Premium is an optional, recurring monthly subscription available to Pet Owners for enhanced access to Kedy AI features. The following terms apply:

• Kedy Premium unlocks unlimited Kedy AI chat and unlimited photo scans. Free accounts retain limited monthly usage of these features at no charge.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, in the currency shown at checkout (Indonesian Rupiah or United States Dollar depending on Pet Owner location), and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Pet Owners may cancel at any time from their account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle; access to Premium features continues until that date.
• Fees already paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable upon cancellation.
• There is no minimum commitment period or lock-in.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Kontiv Solutions does not store card details.
• We reserve the right to update Kedy Premium pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
• Repeated failed payments may result in suspension of Premium access until payment is resolved; the underlying free Pet Passport account remains unaffected.

All software, code, algorithms, system architecture, designs, branding, and content of KedyVet are and remain the exclusive property of Kontiv Solutions or its licensors.

The Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform solely for their internal business operations during the subscription period. This licence does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the Client.

All End Users retain full ownership of the data they input into the Platform, including pet records, health information, and business data.

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Kontiv Solutions makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted access.

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be error-free or available at all times;
• Results obtained from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable;
• Any errors in the Platform will be corrected within a specific timeframe;
• Pet health records stored on the Platform are medically accurate or complete.

KedyVet does not provide veterinary medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing on the Platform should be construed as professional veterinary advice. Pet Owners should always consult a licensed veterinarian for any medical concerns regarding their animals.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kontiv Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of revenue, bookings, business opportunity, or data;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages;
• Failures caused by third-party services including email providers, payment processors, or internet infrastructure;
• Any improper use, misconfiguration, or unauthorised access resulting from the End User's actions;
• Any reliance on pet health records stored on the Platform for official, regulatory, or medical purposes;
• Any consequences arising from a Pet Owner's non-compliance with local animal regulations or licensing requirements;
• Any acts, omissions, negligence, misconduct, or professional errors of any registered KedyVet service provider, including but not limited to veterinarians, groomers, boarding facilities, or any other third party accessing pet records through the Platform;
• Any harm, injury, loss, or damage to any pet or person arising from the actions or inactions of a registered service provider, regardless of whether that provider accessed pet records via KedyVet.

The maximum aggregate liability of Kontiv Solutions to any Client under these Terms shall not exceed the equivalent of one (1) month's subscription fee paid by that Client. For Pet Owners using the free KedyVet Passport service, our maximum liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kontiv Solutions, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Platform;
• Your breach of these Terms;
• Any violation of applicable law or regulation by you;
• Any third-party claims arising from your use of the Platform;
• Any misrepresentation of KedyVet records as official government or veterinary documents.

We may suspend, update, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will notify registered users via email where reasonably practicable.

KedyVet integrates with third-party services including but not limited to email delivery providers (Resend), cloud infrastructure (Supabase), payment processors (Stripe), and AI services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party services. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with their respective terms of service.

Either party may terminate access to the Platform with written notice before the next billing cycle. We may immediately suspend or terminate access if you breach any material term of these Terms or your Subscription Agreement. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be deleted within 60 days.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be referred to mediation and, if necessary, to the courts of Malaysia.

For Clients outside Malaysia, disputes may alternatively be resolved through binding arbitration under the Rules of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), conducted in English.
